Sally’s commitment to her craft and desire to create memorable guest experiences are the driving forces that have led to her success. Her amiability, culinary skill, and calm demeanor while under pressure are some of the qualities that have quickly garnered her respect among her peers. Sally’s versatility in the kitchen is equally commendable. She is just as comfortable making dishes to order in 30Boltwood, the Inn’s intimate farm-to-table restaurant, as she is preparing a meal for 200 guests. We are proud to have Sally on our team.
